Time After Time

The store manager katherine was great I went thier and she was great. I am sorry to say I went back to cherry hill mall were I bought my G-Sock watch this past Sunday 1-15-20 @ 1100 am I went to the stand had a problem resetting my time on my watch and the only person thier could not help me so she said her manager would be in at 1200pm or so went around the mall for a little while and came back to the stand the manager was thier I told her and she just gave me a dirty look I said just tell me and I'll reset it and she told me to grab the adjusters button and I touch another button and she was real nasty like if I new what I was doing but I said last time I buy a watch from that stand or mall at that need training in customer service. Decently go to moorestown mall next time

I’ve had a few interactions at this store, none really superb. First, the workers there are friendly, but I don’t believe they’re very knowledgeable on what they’re doing.nnI first came to the store to pick up my girlfriend a watch she’s been wanting for years for Christmas. The worker grabbed the watch and it’s box. Once we got to payment she verbally told me a price that was about $50 lower than I was actually charged. I saw it on the receipt and didn’t say anything because I figured it was a mistake and I was fine with the regular price. Once I got home to wrap it I found out that an interior piece of the box that the watch wraps around to stay put was missing and the box was just plopped on. Again, not that big of a deal but a little frustrating.nnLittle did I know that for Christmas, my girlfriend got me an expensive watch that I’d been eyeing for a very long time. I brought it into Time after Time to get it sized up and after almost every link they took out they brought it back to me to see if it fit, and every time it was still too big they said to me “oh my god your wrists are so thin for a man!” Thanks. The first time they said it it was just a comment to me, but after the 4th time it was annoying and just rude. Eventually it was sized up alright and I just wanted to leave so I payed and left. The next day I realized it was still just a hair too large so I went to a jeweler that was a closer to where I live and asked them to remove just one link. Once they started sizing it they realized that Time after Time had been reinserting the pins for my links in BACKWARDS and even bent a number of the pins. They took them all out and put them back in the correct way and sized it for me for free since they felt so bad for me. If this was a Timex or an Invicta, it wouldn’t really matter that much. But not on a $1,200 watch. I do not trust to ever come back to this store for even a simple resizing.

Best customer service of any store in Moorestown Mall! Their employees replaced my watch bands in a few minutes, and actually assisted me in finding the correct bands.

I was looking for jewelry for my mom, I wasn’t ready to buy just yet but wanted to get some options. Gabriellle was a huge help!! Can’t wait to go back for Christmas stuff !

Took my good watch in for a battery they didn't reseal it, it fogged , took it back to get resealed they cracked my crystal trying to reseal . Then when I tried to change time the stem fell out. Took it back to get fixed, they sent it out, got it back after a month first time wearing it, it fogged again. Will never go to this store again.
