Went in during Clovid 19 ( should be covid 19-20-21) everything was sanitized after I touched an item. Purchased a ring, bracelet and earrings, saleslady was knowledgeable and very helpful. Nice items and nice prices

I went to this location to get my earrings cleaned. There was a wait because the two associates were with people. I have no issue with that. I made an appointment for the cleaning and the associate was not friendly and was so rude and acted like I didn’t belong there. I wanted to ask about her some diamond studs but since she was so rude I left. They were not that busy and I wasn’t rushing her so I don’t know where her attitude came from.

they need to fire their sales person lauren. she pretended to be a manger when she isnt one and then had the audacity to hang up the phone on me when i asked to speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about. cant give me dates of when to expect my ring back from the repair shop and obviously doesnt know what customer service means. i called corporate, spoke with the assistant manager.... what more do they need to get rid of someone who doesnt care about losing the company money?Kay needs to give the job to someone who is competent enough to know how to help customers.

Called before going, confirmed they were doing inspections AND cleanings! Got to the store, staff was extremely rude, and refused to do a cleaning saying that they weren’t allowed to.

Wonderful associates, social distancing is being practiced and they are sanitizing the store and each exposed item frequently.
