Customer service at desk are rude can make fun of customers and get away with it store man dosent care or corporate disrespectful to elders.

Normally they have nice plants, but these weren't taken care of & were completely dry & some were crunchy. Someone was watering but for some of them it was too late. The staff was nice but the young girl at the register couldn't answer any questions related to the store, for example return policy, & didn't offer to ask someone else. I only looked at plants & bird items this trip. The large bags of bird seed had no pricing & I had to find someone to scan them. It's just easier if everything has a price sticker on the shelf like it should.

Shoprite of Hainesport has superior customer service with Ryan on register and the young man who bagged for him. My friend had two carts of groceries and they were very patient and polite throughout the process. They offered to assist with loading the car. The store is always clean and well stocked.

We bought a refrigerator and the Lowe's staff was very nice and patient with us. He took his time going though the process of getting credit and what financing they have that would save us the most money.
