Customer service is their top priority! My engagement ring was from an estate sale. Unfortunately, since it was over a 100 years old, the integrity of the ring became compromised and started to crack and one of the sapphires fell out. I loved my ring and wanted a replica in today's material (platinum), down to the intricate filigree details. A friend of mine had recommended David Arlen Jewelers. I walked into the store and was pleasantly greeted by the entire staff. David explained the process and gave me a general estimate. Then the worked started! Ashley spent countless hours creating a design that met my extremely high standards. The ring turned out beautifully - talk about sparkle!!!! I always get compliments! I would highly recommend David Arlen Jewelers for your next jewelry design project or just to stop by and browse their unique collection. You won't leave empty handed!

If you are looking for fair and reasonable jeweler I would highly highly recommend stopping by David Arlen Jewelers. David actually took the time out and sat me down and went through multiple diamonds explaining to me what I should be looking for and what i should be actually paying. For someone with zero knowledge I really appreciated the time he took out to do that. I was in a time crunch and for a ring that normally took 8 weeks David and his team were able to get me squared away in 2 1/2 weeks and the ring was absolutely perfect. Honestly I can say 10/10 service, quality, and all around experience!

David was an excellent partner in helping me find the perfect diamond for my (now) fiancee. My fiancee has taken the graduate diamonds program at GIA, so she is quite knowledgable about diamonds herself; David made excellent recommendations as to what would appeal to her as a connoisseur. And ultimately, she loved what we chose for her! David is a great guy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or do business with him again.

Purchased my wife's beautiful wedding band from here. Was an awesome experience from beginning to in. The young lady that helped me took her time to walk me through every band I wanted to see and even helped me with picking out a Christmas gift for my daughter I didnt even know I was looking for. Great selection, great staff.

Dave was absolutely outstanding with his customer service. He communicated with me outside of normal hours to start a project with a short timeline. He delivered and exceeded expectations. The ring recreation turned out perfect! I can't recommend this team more.
