Management always addressed issues right away. They include lawn service for free so that’s a plus for me who works long hours. Lived here five years, great community, especially if you have kids they have a park and management tries really hard to deal with the speeders and partiers. Seems like if you follow the rules you get left alone. Definitely recommended! A+++++++

Well kept newer trailers and yards. Quiet area, lots of kids. Never had any theft issues. Relatively few meth labs for Williston (joke) .....I like it
Neighbors seem to like drama, they upped the rent on a friend's home, another friend moved in and none of their appliances worked. Carpet was stained and ripped and molding was cracked off, water damage had happened around windows. Didn't seem like it was worth the cost, but you do have your own yard and are able to have animals, the location is nice. Maintenance was very quick to address any issues, same day, or early next day.
We've lived here for almost 2 1/2 years. It's a nice and quite community. There's a nice park area for children to play. Also I have to add the office manager is awesome she has treated us like family before we even met. So if your looking to move or are new to Williston I would definitely check out Sand Creek Estates!
