Visited the store once! Nice selection of stuff, semi helpful employees but never have time to make it in because they close at 5pm and I work until 5:30-
Owner offered up poor communication throughout the process and ending up selling an item to someone else while in the midst of a negotiation. Not a big deal perhaps but there was sentimental value to the item being purchased. This fact was communicated to the seller and obviously meant nothing to him.
Great people, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. Make it a point to remember their customers and make them feel comfortable doing business with them
Just went to this place with my friend..first impression was fantastic due to the staff,,various interesting items and the shop is clean and nicely set.nAndrew helped me find what I was looking for,, he is super friendly and welcoming. Andrew also helped my friend who had some scrap gold to sell... He was great. He went above and beyond a clerk's duties to help us,,, I went home and immediately told my family to go check this place out-!- You should too-!!- I know I am going back soon !
This place is fantastic, good service and good prices! The employees all know how to work with you, and they always keep good care of the items you put on loan there. Love this shop!
