I had my wedding rings reset in platinum for my 20th anniversary. One month later I looked down and my 20 year diamond had completely broken off. Prongs and all. When I went back they said it happens when you’re rough with your rings. I pointed out that I’d had the same rings for 20 years and it never broke off before. They made no apologies or offer to replace it. Came to find out it was not welded on properly.
I recently had my engagement ring reset and Jack did an amazing job. The diamond sparkled brilliantly and the setting is just perfect. And the price was very reasonable. Overall, I have found Jack to be a really nice down to earth guy. I know that my son-in-law has purchased various items for my daughter and every time they have been gorgeous. The designs and executions have been flawless!
Beautiful store! I found them from a google search and was very happy I did. :) I am obsessed with jewelry and love a good store.nnI was greeted by Susan when I walked in, such a sweet lady! Their store has a great selection of quality jewelry and watches. After looking around a bit, Susan showed me a few things that caught my eye; I ended up buying a ruby and diamond ring. I also got the battery changed in my watch while they cleaned all the jewelry I was wearing. They are also able to size rings in store, huge plus! I highly recommend anyone looking for fine jewelry to stop in and take a look for yourself.nnBeautiful selection of engagement rings too!
Couldn't say enough nice things about these guys!! We got our beautiful wedding rings here and they are so very accommodating to me and my family. Jack the owner is so intelligent, nice, accommodating and loves his business. It truly shows.
I had an unusual automatic Swiss watch that I was unable to get serviced. After 2 years of frustration, I was told to give it to Jack to see what he could do. My watch is very important to me as I would like to give it to my son. He updated me during the process regularly as I'm sure it was not easy to get parts for this thing. When it returned I was amazed. It had all original factory parts, was polished to perfection, and was again an automatic watch. This was a challenge and he did not disappoint. Thanks
