My significant other and I went here to start looking at engagement rings. I wanted something extremely specific and Morton & Rudolph came through. We were able to create a custom ring for a fair price, very quickly. It took two weeks for us to settle on the design and pick out the exact stones we wanted. They were able to send us renderings of what the ring would look like with the stones we picked out and got the ring to us a few weeks later. They walked us through step by step and answered any questions we had. Everything was sanitized before we touched it and everyone was wearing a mask. I highly recommend speaking with Carrie if you get the chance. She knew everything and anything we asked her and was super sweet. We will be going back here again because it was such a great experience.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience picking out an engagement ring with Jack. He’s beyond knowledge and proud of the Forever Mark diamonds that his store sells. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We even got engaged at the store and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We will be forever customers.

Jack and the ladies at the shop are incredible. I first stopped in without an appointment right off the street, and they took all the time in the world to make me feel comfortable and teach me about diamonds. I never felt awkward talking about prices or stone quality, and there was never any pressure to get me to spend more than I intended. Communicating with them was easy using texts throughout the process. They invited my fiancé and I back after I proposed to meet her and show her the ForeverMark on her diamond. Like I said, they’re incredible.nWe came back to get our wedding bands in May 2020 during Quarantine. They remembered me and the engagement ring, and made sure they matched the rose gold color in both the bands. They helped us out without having to get out of our car staying socially distant the whole time. We got our rings sized, tried on different styles all from the front seat of our car.nI had a wonderful experience and I cannot thank them enough!

I've been dealing with Jack and Carrie for 15 years now and I just made another purchase the other day and Carrie was AWESOME with all of her help. If you're looking to make that special purchase I highly recommend Morton & Rudolph, their knowledge and professionalism by far are the best in the business in my opinion, you will not be disappointed!

After covid lockdown I went in to get an engagement ring. I had a picture of something that I wanted it to look like and the requirement that the diamond was ethically sourced. They were really helpful and had the ring custom made to my specifications in a short turn around time. The result was a beautiful, ethically sourced ring at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend this jewelers.
