I took my favorite watch in to Family &Co. Jewellers for a repair. I had been there before and had great service. Not only did they fix the watch but put in a new battery. The repair only took a couple of days and was done perfectly. I am extremely pleased with the service. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Couldn't be happier.
I want to thank Family & Company Jewelers for a terrific experience. I am using my grandmothers ring for my wedding band. I dis not have a band for this ring. I met JR and he helped me create a wedding band custom to my ring. I could not be happier. They made the experience so easy. Came in late on a Friday evening after work and they helped me with no problem. Ian was awesome pulling out everything I asked to see and more that might have liked. I'm the end I purchased a new ring for my wife's birthday and she loved it. Couldn't have been happier!
Professional, personal service. Eddy took great care of me and helped design a necklace for my daughter. He also helped me in picking out an anniversary band for my wife.
