A very enjoyable experience. Store has a tremendous amount of inventory at a wide range of prices. Donna, my sales person was very knowledgeable and professional. She wanted me to be happy and was very patient as I deliberated over my purchase. Jay, the owner of the store also came over to offer suggestions. You cannot go wrong working with Donna and Jay Roberts Jewelers.

I had a great experience here finding an anniversary gift for my wife. Donna was honest and cared about making sure I found something special within my budget. I actually called 4 or 5 stores and Jay Roberts ended up being the most reasonably priced for what I was looking for. Donna also followed up with me to make sure my wife was happy. Would recommend :)

When I wanted a new setting for a ring Jay Roberts was recommended to me by a friend who raved about their service. We were not disappointed! Start to finish our experience was 5 star. We were made to feel like our business was appreciated and important. Donna took great pains to help us find the perfect piece that still fit our budget, including having Jay himself speak to us about our choices. And the finished product is stunning. I went to Jay Roberts for my engagement ring and couldn't have been more satisfied. Sandy was incredibly knowledgeable and she made the experience very easy for me. My fiancee was very thrilled with her ring and we can't wait to go back to get our wedding bands. 100% would recommend!
