Called to sell personal silver collection, indicated it was poured .999 silver over the phone. Went to store and then after waiting was told they cant buy my silver because its not silver eagle or buffalo. Those are minted coins. Not poured. Maybe tell people you wont take poured coins before they WASTE THEIR TIME. They wont have my business in the future, thats for sure. Shame, they had a nice necklace i wanted to possibly buy.
Stopped in just for a routine jewelry cleaning and was blown away with how helpful Grace was! She really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bridal earrings and to answer any questions I had. Beautiful selection of jewelry as well so I'll be stopping in again.
They're great to work with and have some awesome deals!
They did an amazing job of getting my late grandmother's wedding band resized for me in time for my wedding! Super friendly service and we will definitely be coming back for our future jewelry needs!
