Had an appointment to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. During surgery I woke up multiple times screaming and in pain. I remember hearing the doctor “Juan” saying during surgery “I don’t think I can do this”. Not a professional statement to make when someone is in an open surgery and aware of what is happening. I felt everything and was terrified, when I completely woke up, Juan refused to speak to me and the nurse told me it was because “I wouldn’t stop yelling and moving.” Absolutely no aftercare instructions or papers. I will never go back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Two of my daughter's had oral surgery here ..i was well pleased with the way they were treated, the pre care given, and the recovery .They needed very little pain medication and recovered quickly with no complications.

DONT GO HERE! I always give places the benifet of the doubt. This place called me from a referral, I made and appointment for tooth extractions for the following week. I unfortunately could not remember when my appointment was. So I called to ask. The woman told me it had been that morning. I said I was sorry. She then told me they called to confirm the day before, I told her I never got a call. She said “we are closed on Monday” she asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I said yes. She put me on hold. She then tells me their policy says they don’t accept patients that missed an appointment. Uuuum what?

I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I paid $450 dollars for a consultation. When Dr. Juan Ulloa, DDS found out that I have a history of depression he became very condescending. He condescendingly said, “where am I supposed to send you if you need to be in an inpatient facility?” I told him that is the responsibility of my psychiatrist and general practitioner. He then said, “I’m too busy to wait 40 minutes for your doctor to call me with a treatment plan.” I responded by telling him I pay for a concierge doctor that will call you or I back with in 5 minutes 24/7. He said he didn’t have time to work with my doctor on a treatment plan. I told him my doctor is well versed in developing treatment plans and works with many surgeons in doing this. At this point, he rolled his eyes, shrugged his shoulders and said, “well aren’t you lucky.” At this point I called my doctor who was immediately available and suggested I not work with this oral surgeon if he is treating me this way. I quietly left the room and asked the receptionist if this is a normal occurrence to treat people with depression in this manner. I did so very quietly as I did not want others in the waiting room to hear my medical history. I left the office to walk to my car. The dr followed me out to my car and told my father I stormed out of his office and then proceeded to share my medical history, violating my HIPPA rights. He continued to roll his eyes and shrug his shoulders at us. When he told a bold faced lie about what was said during our consultation, I asked him to please leave us and we would be finding a different oral surgeon. It took several times of me saying, “please leave us,” before he left the parking lot, saying comments over his shoulder as he was walking off. I did not hear what he was saying, but that is besides the point. My experience with Dr. Juan Ulloa was absolutely mortifying and hurtful. Not only did he discriminate against treating a patient with depression, but he violated my HIPPA rights, was condescending and untruthful. Never in my life have I experienced such behavior with a doctor. Lying, discrimination, condescension, and following me to the parking lot is absolutely unacceptable. I spent $450 dollars for this treatment during my consultation. This doctor will NOT be receiving any more of my money and I will be reporting his behavior and the violation of my HIPPA rights. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
