Hands down best dentist i have ever been to. Great with my kids! Was quick to come up with a game plan to get my mouth back to a healthy state.nVery informative as he is working in your mouth. I got just about a step-by-step. He's pretty gentle and considerate.

I am so thankful for Buntrock Dental and their staff!nI called for an appointment and did not have to wait long to get in even though I was a new patient.nThe staff is super friendly and explain what was going on and my options.nI would highly recommend them for all of your dental needs.

I called to make an appointment for a cleaning. They scheduled me and my wife two months later. They called well before that to offer me a cancellation spot. I arrived and the hygienist got right into it. She was professional and skilled.nAfter she finished she asked me to hang out for the dentist. This is the issue with dentists. I paid cash for dental service for years. If I had scheduled an appointment and gotten all the way into the chair then it would have been established that I was paying cash. They would never have had the dentist come in for a look because that costs more and I didn’t ask for that.nAs soon as they confirm what your insurance covers they essentially start stealing your insurance coverage for whatever they can get.nI answered a question on the intake form about X-rays. I had been to to the dentist less than a year ago at another office in town. There are copies of my xrays there, and they would gladly send them to Buntrock. Not once did they attempt to get copies. They just decided that since my insurance would cover it, they would shoot radiation into my face to save them the time of making one phone call. Here’s an example of the saw boning I got.The cleaning that I requested cost $150-200. The dentist examination cost $200+. I left with a $400+ bill that my insurance covered but less than 60% left of my total dental insurance coverage.nThey called my wife to let her know they had an opening the day before our insurance ends. She called right back to schedule but got the voicemail. They called her the next day, after she had taken off work, to say that the appointment had been filled.nI called the office manager to explain the situation. I asked her to help us and somehow squeeze her in.nXandra (Z?)didn’t wanna help.nShe said someone had called in to schedule before my wife did. She said they had called in the night before. Well according to my wife and the message she got the appointment was hers and all she had to do was call back to confirm.nI guess what I’m trying to say is that they are inconsiderate of people’s time. They are deceptive in their business practices. They lack empathy for people. They’ve lost us as patients and although I don’t think that’ll hurt them any, hopefully my story helps you.

Great people. Very friendly staff and Dr Bunthrock was very good at explaining treatment options.

Super friendly environment, excellent dentist, excellent staff. Highly recommend.
