I would give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing family oriented business that cares about their customers. Anthony and Jane are amazing people. I have purchased from them in past but recently I was having them make an engagement ring for me. I had a planned a special trip to propose to my girlfriend and it was looking like the ring would not be done in time, through no fault of theirs. Anthony made sure he secured the ring the day before we left for our trip and drove to the store very early in the morning to meet me so i could pick up the ring before the trip. I could not thank him enough. I will be back again and again. Exceptional customer service!

I had a great experience with the owner of this store, Anthony Brandellini (spelling? sorry if I got that wrong Anthony). I walked in with my wife and Anthony greeted us, got to know what we we're looking for, didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, didn't pressure us to make a decision at all, and also gave us a very fair price for a custom built wedding ring.nnAs part of the sale & agreement, he said that he would have the ring mounted and completed for us by Wednesday evening (it was Monday). Sure enough, despite needing to overnight parts of the ring assembly from all over the country, and driving 60 miles to meet me at 10:00 PM on Wednesday evening - he delivered on his word - which to me is a totally refreshing & rare thing these days.nnAs a business owner myself, I have even more respect for Anthony's level of dedication to his clients. Thank you very much for an excellent experience, through and through.
