Hamilton Municipal Court

My experiences with the Municipal Court House, was friendly, courtious.and helpful. Solved my problem quickly.

They don't even have lawyers (external) come to the court, for simple traffic violations. It's insane. You have to use their lawyer.

This court house and it's employees are by far the worst! There is literally only one nice gentleman there(tall slim guy) They don't listen to reason or care about people unless you come from upper class! My husband couldn't come in the next day for court because I had a radiation treatment appointment for my cancer, so he wouldn't have a ride because he doesn't have a licences, the judge wasn't understanding about that nor was she understanding about the FACT that where we live there are no bus transportation. So again THE WORST COURT HOUSE!

Judge is absolutely the type to see you as guilty until proven not guilty. Nasty person.
