MONDAY November 18th 2019 Trooper Joelle Butrico pulls me over so I drive to the court house and complain about the trooper. Just to hear others have had complaints about her not being the nicest the young clerk proceeds to help me and gave me a court date to appear and fight a wrongful ticket for tailgating. I was on my way home from work going 40 mph on a 50 mph on rt 49 by the 50.5 mile marker. The car in front of me decided to brake abruptly while i was 3 Mississippis away from her because she saw the trooper and yet I get pulled over.. while shes writing me a ticket a big truck is on their phone speeding and swerving into the other lane and im like why me?! I tell the office im fighting it while she tells me to pay my ticket by first week of december.
