This used to be such a nice place but even pre-COVID they were losing a lot of stores. Now post-quarantine there are only 8-12 stores open in the entire 3 story complex. On the plus side there is a nice sitting area upstairs that overlooks the ocean.

Tony Luke's Philly Cheesesteak spot is on point. The Latin place next door to it aswell. Breakfast there was delish and the wait was shorter than we were told. ud83dudc4dud83cudffdud83dudc4dud83cudffd

This place is half dead. The restrants aren't open right now but they do have some good ones. It's very baren. It's sugar is open, some sunglasses place is open, some gold place is closing, a few other stores are open but that is it. But there is a smartphone store that is good

It is sad and empty, so I feel right at home.nResteraunts are closed and will probably never reopen.
