I called Bernie Robbins looking for a Christmas gift for my daughter. I knew what I wanted just needed help with styles and pricing. A saleswoman named Courtney answered the phone. She was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. This item was a special order and they did not have it in stock. It had to be ordered. She went above and beyond with her help. Even after the purchase she contacted me and followed up with me to tell me when to expect it. I didn’t just purchase something and was forgotten because they got my money. They REALLY care! Thank you so much for all your help. I will definitely come to you next time I need a special piece of jewelry again!
