My boyfriend bought me beautiful rings from here as an anniversary present. We were excited to find out they were on sale as well because the collection was being retired, and we love a good price. The woman working at the store was very friendly and helpful.nnHOWEVER, I've been trying to get in contact with their customer service department for two weeks now regarding what the rings are made out of, as for some reason I am breaking out only when I wear them on my left hand, and wanted to know if the metal is cheap and overpriced or if my pregnancy is causing me to act funky with new jewelry. I've sent an email to their customer service and filled out the contact us on the website i regards to knowing what metals these rings are, and how to properly care for them and I've gotten NO response whatsoever.nnIf someone could please reach out to me, that'd be appreciated. Thank you.
