I shop often in this store and I am always treated like a star. The staff is so very helpful and patient. Nothing is too.much trouble. The Selection of jewelry is great. They offer beautiful sterling silver pieces to gold, diamonds, gemstones. They have a jeweler on premises who will do repairs and even create a new piece for you or transform an old piece into something beautiful. I would recommend this store to anyone. The prices are unbeatable. The wonderful owner, Sara is someone who will make sure you get what you want. You will be happy you took the time to visit tho store. There is never any pressure to buy.

Sara and Nancy took their time to find me the ring of my dreams!! I must have tried on 50 rings, one more fabulous than the next. I returned to bring my watches in for repair and a broken necklace chain. The repairs were quick and my items returned looking better than before! Very pleased and now a repeat customer!

A very lovely lady owns this store and treats you wonderfully. I came into the store in the summer looking for a wedding ring and Sarah spent so much time with me. I found so many pretty things. My son's birthday was in September and I came in to have a watch fitted for him that I bought somewhere else and while we were there I purchased a second watch for him. The pin came out and I went back to the store today, Sarah gladly took care of the problem and while she was doing that I picked out and purchased a beautiful watch for me. Forget the department stores and their fake sales prices. Palace Diamonds has a great selection, very reasonable prices and the most attentive customer service.
