Frank is the best! He spent so much time with my fiance and I to get us a beautiful engagement ring and custom wedding band that surpassed all of our expectations. He saved us so much money compared to what we were going to pay for a designer in new york city, and I believe the quality of Frank's ring is better than what we would have gotten anywhere else. He was transparent throughout the process, answered all of our questions, had excellent communication, delivered on time, and personally made sure that we were completely satisfied and the rings were 100% perfect. I have to start by saying Frank is an amazing person. He is kind, honest and provides the best customer service. My husband Navi and I bought our band and setting from Frank and we were very happy with not only the service but Frank himself! We love going to the store to see Frank because he’s so pleasant. I would recommend anyone to buy their rings and diamonds from him. Do NOT buy from big chain stores.. HORRIBLE they rip you off!!!!nnRecently we moved to Portland and one of my little diamonds fell out from my wedding band. I emailed Frank and told him what happened, he immediately sent over 2 little diamonds for my band so that they could be replaced here in Portland. I wasn’t expecting him to send them over because I didn’t ask him to do that. He didn’t even ask for a penny! Now that’s GOOD customer service.nnWe miss Frank and hopefully one day we will be back to see him again.

Been going to Frank for at least 20 years. Fantastic Quality. Good advice. .Absolute honesty. He's not all about the dollar either. He has even gone as far as to steer me towards less expensive piece because he knew it would suit me better. I don't think you can get much better service than that.
