Absolute dog service. No one works by any means of a phone so calling is pointless. The sheer amount of ineptitude is profound and don't expect to get contacted when it comes to court hearing information. 2 empty water bottles, a rotten apple, and the bad side of a brick with moss on it would perform more efficiently and get back to the callers quicker. I wish I could give negative stars.

Today I called to get some information to make a payment of a violation ticket from 2002; the woman that answer was rude and not cooperative. All I needed was the information to make a pay thru the internet, not for an arrangement. First, she said with not even let me finish my sentence; was like I can't help you with that, wow!

Lady was extremely rude!!
