From the moment we walked in the door, until we walked out of the door with our purchase in hand combo the entire staff went above and beyond to answer any questions and to meet our needs. The store is clean, inviting, and well lit. Sure, I could shop somewhere else for less expensive jewelry, but why take the risk of average quality and in less than knowledgeable staff members. I Went in to have a small earring (1) made from stone in wife’s ring.nWas told by clerk that the earring set had to be special ordered.???nTook a week to make.nKinda hard to believe.nWill not use this company agin.nI feel they over charge for things that are simple made.

I came in to buy Pandora charms for a gift. They had a nice selection and a terrific sale. Everyone was very nice and they offered to gift wrap (not sure if this is just during Christmas or all the time). I will probably return for Mother’s Day to get another charm or two.
