I was seen by Jill R. GOVEN for my eye...second time here and it went well. There were several people waiting but I was called in within half an hour. The receptionist Tia was very friendly andndidn't make me feel as though I was in her way. I had to call back later about my prescription and she was very helpful and friendly then too. No switch in personalities. The doctor came in with a student and I think she will do well in her career. They didn't make me feel rushed; they took time and asked all of the appropriate questions and listened to what I had to say...very important to me. The doctor also explained things well. We can learn so much from them. I was leary of who would be the physician since the doctor I saw last time wasn't available... and I'd read a few crazy reviews...BUT... I'm satisfied and I would refer this clinic to others. I appreciate the service I've received.

July 10 2020nShowed up around 10:50 am, waited almost 10 minutes before the receptionist came back from outside (Breann L).nI called during this time, but no answer.nI’m not certain what she was doing outside but your staff should make sure someone is available to take patients.
