Beware of this guy. He will attempt to charge you a $25 fee because he can't figure out how to process a paperless payment. I was left without insurance coverage for my business for a MONTH while this guy used pony express and the telegraph to figure out why he cant accept a payment. Then got back to me with a rude attitude, as if I cant carry a $45 balance in my account. And claimed HE was the one inconvenienced, while I am left exposed to liability because of his incompetence. He wasted my money and time, and literally couldnt even do a business transaction with him. I mean wow. Glad I dont have coverage with him. I can only imagine what a horrific nightmare it would be if I had to claim something!!!
