He was very professional, got here very quickly because he was in the area, and in no more than 20 minutes got rid of our yellow jackets and another area that was suspicious about he discovered paper wasps and got rid of those as well ^_^ he explained everything in layman's terms and was very friendly! Highly reccomend to anyone :D he also offers to treat your areas and email you the bill so you can get things taken care of ASAP and keep your home safe ud83dude0a will never use another company!
Extremely satisfied with the service provided. We called and within an hour he was at our house and took care of the wasp issue we had. He was very professional and took time to explain the issue and remedy used to solve it. He even showed our kids all told them all about the wasp nest. Called about a wasp problem he said he had a full schedule and would make it same day if we didn’t mind being flexible with him on time of day. He said he was planning on working until the sun is gone and he can’t work any longer due to light. Not to mention it was one of the hottest weeks of the year so far. He text to let me know he was on his way so his communication is great. His knowledge of what he is using is 100% and he explained what it was and why he was using it. Guaranteed his work and completely solved our problem by night fall. AND he showed up next day to check on our problem and reminded us to call if, for some reason, our problem came back and he’d be right back then. Thank you Josh, quality work by an honest man. We had a sudden wasp problem and needed quick removal. Josh was there the same day and got rid of them quickly. He’s knowledgeable, friendly and professional... guaranteed his work and came back the next day to make sure the problem was handled. Very appreciative of his quick work!!
