I would give ZERO stars if it were an option.nThis location just doesn't seem to have any honest or caring health professionals at all.nAny problems are quickly swept under the rug and you will be dismissed as a patient.nRude staff does not seem to know exactly what they are doing or care.nI would only come here again in an extreme emergency were time was critical.nDo not seek any mental health help here at all unless you have a voice recorder in your pocket and an attorney on tap.nDoes not seem to follow the same policies as the other locations in the same network.nIf you need help and have time to drive to the West plains location you will get much better quality care by a staff that truly cares about what they do.nI do not recommend this location in Gainesville to anyone for any reason and would actually go as far as to call it DANGEROUS.nDo not bring your loved ones here if you can take them to another location unless it's a life threatening emergency.

They work with you in setting appointments for Ava Clinic or Gainesville Clinic plus the rehab Center is located across from Medical Center
