Receptionist’s are beyond rude. Every time I call, whether it’s to make an appointment or get a refill, they are always rude. It’s ridiculous really. There’s no point in being rude, especially when the person on the other end of the phone is sick and needing to get medical attention from a doctor, and all they get is the rude attitude of the woman on the phone. I’ve had enough of it and will just get a new doctor and take my insurance and money elsewhere. Seems to me the doctors in the facility ought to care about how rude the receptionist are being to their patients.

Ashden is my daughter’s doctor. My youngest was getting her vaccines updated at an appointment and I had mentioned my oldest still was struggling with her wart after two attempts of freezing it off and medication at home. Ashden went out of her way and had the nurses call me and tell me they have found a new treatment we could try. I never expected a phone call and I thought I’d have to call and set up an appointment. Thank you so much Ashden!
