We thought it would be in good tact to rate this business based upon their entire history and not their current state. This review is for the company itself and several of the locations in the Mid-South region.nnUnfortunately, a lot of the actions and policies that they have are in line with those of, well...read the next paragraph can you can decide how to define it.nnI took a DVD set in for store credit. The set was in pristine condition. Before taking the setting I had entered the store and check the price of a used copy of the same exact set. They were selling it for $10. They offered me $1.25, and keep in mind that that is 50% more than I would have received in cash since it was store credit. An 800% margin? This reviewer will pass on that not-so-enticing deal.nnWe have also experienced unprofessional behavior on the parts of the employees on almost every occasion. The Rational Consumer expects professionalism.
Great selection of movies and games both available for rent or to buy. Huge selection of books and great prices. Lots of gaming merchandise and consoles available for purchase. You can sell your games, movies, and music to them as well.
These idiot's reviews about football cards and hours are ridiculous. Store has very large selection of new and used books, comics, games and movies. Good service from friendly staff. 12/10 would shop again
