Neosho is a beautiful place. It sits on the edge of he Ozark Mountains. You can live in the town or outside the center of town there is a ring of rural places to live also. We lived there for 18 yrs.nIts a beautiful place, especially now because the dogwood trees will soon be in full bloom! There are many streets lined with dogwoods.
