Employee wasn't wearing a mask and also didn't enter the coupon code i received. Also rented a movie that turned out to be a documentary on the movie I was wanting to rent. Plus no one is answering the phone. Redbox is so much better!

Its a video store... Thats running low on videos. Selection was limited as i went looking for 3 movies and found none of them. The employee favorites wall was really neat tho. I will get a membership....one day

The only two complaints I have are the price and selection. When they first opened the had some many movies new and classic. Bow they are to focused in other sales like CBD and they phone service. What happened to movies stores that had movies. And they changed there hours. Instead of closing at midnight to cater to the late night movie person they now close at 10pm.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever im not in neosho, this is one of the stores i miss most. Anytime I rent a movie, I wish I could rent it from this family video

People in this store are always sweet and very clean place
