My wife and I have been going to Fallon Family Dental Care for 20 years, before Dr Jacques and Dr Shepard took over. The staff and doctors at Fallon Family Dental Care is very professional and always very nice. We’ve never had a bad experience but we have had some extensive work done. The care they provide is always warm, fast and top notch. They call a day or two after major work is done to ensure we’re not having issues and always do folllowup work when needed. I highly recommend Fallon Family Dental Care.

DR, JAQUES IS THE VERY BEST DENTIST I’VE EVER HAD!!! HE IS SUCH A CARING, COMPASSIONATE, GENTLE, FRIENDLY & PERSONABLE DOWN TO EARTH MAN. HE’S AMAZING!! HIS DENTAL HYGIENIST IS SO FENTAL & SWEET AS WELL.HIS DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE THOUGHTFUL & CARING. MY SON WAS 3-4 YRS OLD @ THE TIME & WAS SITTING QUIETLY WATCHING MY PROC. SOMEHOW HE SLIPPED & HAD A GUSHING BLOODY NOSE. TERRIFIED BC OF ALL THE BLOOD (his 1st bloody nose also) I COULDN’T GET TO HIM FASTER THAN HIS ASSISTANT DID. IT WAS SO AMAZING!! THE DOC & ASSISTANT MADE ME SIT DOWN & THEY TOOK OVER & CARED FOR HIM. IT WAS SWEET😇!! NEITHER OF THEM HAD TO DO ANYTHING BUT DID W/OUT QUESTION!! THE RECEPTIONIST, IN PERSON OR ON THE PHONE ARE ALL EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, SUPER CARING, FRIENDLY, CONSIDERATE OF YOUR PRIVACY, & ARE ALL RESPECTFUL FROM THE MOMENT U WALK iN UNTIL YOU WALK OUT!!! IF YOU NEED AN AMAZING DENTIST DUE TO PAST TRAUMATIC DENTAL EXPERIENCES.. THIS IS THE DENTIST TO GO TO!!! 10 out 10 FOR ME!!!

Dr. Jaques is amazing! He's very friendly and attentive with the care he provides. He frequently checks in with me and makes sure I'm not experiencing any discomfort during care. The hygienists I've seen are also very friendly and attentive . The other office staff however could be a bit more welcoming. There have been times when I arrived for my appointment and there were 4 people behind the front desk and no one greeted me. Overall Dr. Jaques' manner makes up for the lacking of some of his staff. Great dentist!

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff, hygienist and dentist. Dr. Jacques even called on a Saturday to see how I was doing after a Friday appointment.
