Dr. Shepherd is one of the most friendly, and compassionate people I have ever met and I've only met him one time. His values and beliefs are reflected through his staff as well. If all doctors were like this, this country would have the best Healthcare in the world. He definitely shows, staff included, the unconditional positive regard necessary to care for his patients. I pray that the rest of America catches on to this and intern pushes the pharmacy companies to be a little bit more fair to patients. Thank you so much, dr. Shepherd and dr. Matos. God bless you and I hope I can pay it forward what you guys have done for me...

Dr K is a wonderful doctor! I love that he takes the time to sit with me and go over everything I need thoroughly, instead of trying to just get me in and out quickly. It's awesome to be able to text, call, email, or go to the office for anything - I have access to my doctor 24/7! There's no other doctor who provides care plans like this in Joplin, MO, where I live, so I'm super excited for the location opening up in Joplin in just a few days too!

I cannot say enough good about Free Market Physician in Neosho, Missouri. We are self-employed and so we do not have traditional insurance. The direct-care model is the right way for sure and Dr. Sheppard is the BEST doctor ever. He is easy to talk to and is a great listener. It's convenient to make an appointment and the prescriptions are affordable. There are 7 of us in my family and even my youngest daughter LOVES going to the doctor because Dr. Sheppard is such a kind soul. Thank you for being a different kind of doctor. I brag about this place to anyone that'll listen!

For over 4 years my family has used their annual family plan. I can't begin to describe how grateful we are for such a caring doctor who has this fantastic clinic. Their annual/monthly plan allows you to see them as often as needed, without any additional fees, unless tests or meds are required. And even then, their price for them (meds and tests) is extremely low. And you couldn't meet a more caring doctor.

They don't even deserve one star! The lady at the front desk is very rude! And had an attitude when I asked her a simple question. I dont feel shes in the right career field with an attitude like that.you never know what someone is going through!
