Lady in front was nice. The hotel is in a great location. It has a great little shop next door for truckers that is pretty nice to walk through. You can rake your pick of almost any fast food your craving.I rented 2 connecting rooms with 2 double beds. 3 adults and 2 children with a small dog. One of us forgot their toothbrush and she had one at no charge . The room itself was very clean. Towels and bedding very clean with no strains. The only thing is that at other hotel that I've stayed at if you have a small dog they just want a deposit, here you have to pay $15 per dog. No matter what size. They had a small breakfast in the morning. We had a good stay.

The front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The security guard was very accommodating for as they are undergoing what looks like a new parking lot and she helped me figure out where I could park my truck and RV camper. The room was exemplary clean and comfortable. The breakfast was better than a lot of places we have stayed this year and they managed to comply with all the guidelines for during this pandemic. If your there and need a good night's sleep your not gambling to stay there.

Worth every penny. If you want a tub better ask mine was shower only but it was round and cool. The room appeared to be similarity equipped to a 4 star hotel.

It was a wonderful hotel. People we're very nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Only showers in the bathroom but the water pressure made up for lack of bathtub. They welcome animals for an extra fee which is quite reasonable at $15. The hot tub and pool area were very clean and fun to be in. On site security made it feel safe. You can barely hear the trucks from the truck stop next door, which has several good options and discounts of up to 20%. 10/10 would recommend. Will be staying there next time I am in Joplin.

The room was clean. The bed was super comfy. The desk is large, exactly what I needed for work. The room is modern, updated. The truck stop it's located next to has it all. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The staff was super friendly. They allowed us to check in early and accommodated or needs.
