Very helpful banner told me I was stressed went and got another opinion and had a very serious infection that was just getting worse! I appreciate how much they care and helpful they are they listen and treat you like a person not a customer

I liked that I could schedule an appointment on line. The PA was very friendly and explained the course of action we’d be taking. My only recommendation would be to have some sort of phone number to call posted outside for patients who are experiencing COVID-like symptoms so you don’t have go inside. I had to hunt down the number. It was a little unclear what to do once I arrived at the urgent care.

Occasionally I have visited this location, Fallon NV. I always have grate service and appreciate that the doctor has remembered seeing me in the past. It’s not everyday you fell that at urgent care. Always appreciate the time he spends explaining what and why he chooses to treat my symptoms.

When I went in today i was in some pain. I was happy that they seen me within 10 minutes and the doctor was very efficient and new what was going on with me in seconds quickly double checked what he thought was going on and had a solution. I appreciate there help. Thank you

It was awesome, the nurse's, aids, were a great help, in every aspect of the medical profession, especially their respectfull attention to their patients. Thanx u'all!
