Superb, never a better experience have I had at a licensing office!!! Everyone was very helpful.

Made an appointment and drove over an hour (not to mention took off work) and they had no record of me ever making an appointment then rescheduled me for 2 weeks later. Waste of time

Was a horrible experience. Traveled an hour to take license, didn’t know the dot was inside the mall, when there’s no sign telling you anywhere. Told me I could get it when I was 10 minutes late and made me wait an hour for them to tell me I couldn’t take it. Would give 0 starts if I could.

Very poor hours of operation, and showing that you don't enjoy your job by being rude to customers is not the route to excellent customer service.
