Not at all pleased with Chelsea. With reading how she wants to help patients our family has found that hasn't been the case at all. She wasn't familiar with her patient and she wasn't at all familiar with the medication and amount of medication her patient was taking. When spoken to about concerns her only reply was to hotline the patient, doesn't really sound like she is getting to know her patients like her biography implies when researching her. She was very impersonal and had no suggestions or helpful information.
