If I could rate a negative 5 stars I would. His bed-side manner is terrible, his reports are inaccurate & he spends more time stating "I'm the most educated doctor at this hospital" or "I'm the top doctor at this hospital" than he does trying to listen to them or help them. He's insensitive, exceedingly arrogant & it seems as if he almost takes pleasure in making his patients feel worse, or more hopeless, than they already do. It's worth the drive to Reno or somewhere else because he's a terrible doctor all the way around.
