The customer service number listed is in Manila - Philippines - no help at all concerning our surrender application (acknowledged it was received on the 25th of August) and the fact that 5 days later they took another payment out of our checking account and no one can help??? The supervisor in Manila would not even call me back. Company is in Minot, ND and they need to use customer service in the Philippines? Not to mention the fact that when we signed up for insurance back in 1997 - I remember having to issue the first payment as a double payment. No excuse for lack of follow through for a customer of almost 20 years. They are so happy to take your money - never heard from my insurance agent again.....what a racket!

Bring Back American workers who are trained rather than cheap Pilipino workers who are reading from the computer to answer your questions.
