Banner Health Clinic

So I go into Banner out in Fallon Nevada. After like three and a half years of having sinus problems. I finally get a CAT scan done after four or five rounds of antibiotics that they just keep trying to give me. So this cat scan is done. But by the time I was able to get the CAT scan I had already move 7 hours away. But I drove 7 hours to make my appointment in Fallon Nevada. After the cats can I am told that I could contact Erin burns for my results. Also the lady gave me a health info card to where I could set up an app to check on my results ahead of time. So I go and try to set up this app and it says that I could only set up this application if the doctors had my email. Well it would have been really convenient for them to tell me that which they did not. So here I am trying to set up this app that I cannot setup. Also I was told I was going to get a call back from Erin Burns which she had never called me back and I've left multiple messages for her to call me back. And now when I call their office they are trying to tell me that it's $40 to set up a conference call with her. Which does not get covered by my insurance. So you're telling me I have to drive another 7 hours to get results. Or pay $40 to get results over the phone. I am confused I was told my insurance would cover all this but now my insurance does not. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. People like that they just want your money are scum bags. And I really not here to help no one. If I can leave zero stars for this review I would because they definitely don't deserve by 1 *. Not only did they waste my time but they wasted their time. So here I am almost 4 years later still having really bad severe sinus problems that these so-called professionals can't figure out. And would be so damn easy to call their patient and tell them no I don't have any problems or yes I need to have surgery. But they want to charge me $40 over the phone to do that. When I was told my insurance would cover it up until now. It's so sad the way this world is. Like they are not here to help you they were just here to take your money. Selfish if you ask me. So therefore I would never recommend Banner. Erin burns should do what is right. Along with all of the staff. But now that I live 7 hours away they want to charge me for a phone call that is free. Not a great company if you ask me.

Worst hospital in Nevada, avoid going here if at all possible. Horrible customer service and staff.
