Doc McDonald is an amazing OB. He caught a serious issue with my pregnancy with my son that one of the other doctors at Banner failed to catch. I owe not just my life, but the life of my son, to his attention to detail and his insisting on hearing out all my concerns. He never once made me feel rushed or silly(even with my sometimes rediculous questions). I had a few issues with some of the scheduling staff, but never once with the doctor.

I absolutely love Dr.Mcdonald, when I first scheduled an appointment with him years ago I didn't know he was a he, I always felt like I could never have a male O.B. because I'd be uncomfortable with having some guy I didn't know looking at my privates. I'm glad I stayed after my first appointment he didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all. He's extremely professional and has great humor that helped me relax. He was with me all the way for my first child and I was so happy he was there to deliver her. Now almost 4 years later I am having a little boy and I'm so grateful he is my O.B. again. He's such an awesome doctor I drive an hour out of my way just to see him. My husband and I have had to see another O.B a couple of times because of scheduling issues and we both just wanted to have McDonald back. He really is an amazing doctor, I've never been misdiagnosed or had any complications with him. He may be busy at times but it's worth the wait to have him as an O.B. His assistant is also incredible to have. My husband, daughter, and I love seeing him.

I have trouble locating truly good providers. Ted McDonald is an amazing, caring provider. Nowdays most providers are always on the rush, you have to chase them down to ask all your questions or concerns. He listened to all of our questions and spent well time with us, I truly value that, he is gentle, and seem to truly care. I am definitely keeping him as my Ob/Gyn.

He was my wife's doctor during our first pregnancy and he was absolutely incredible. We had him at every appointment and when delivery time came he left a family reunion to deliver our daughter on a 2 hour notice. Like I said an incredible doctor. He is currently handling our 2nd pregnancy and again we couldn't be happier.

I scheduled the soonest appointment possible at the end of June 2017 for a gynecology check up. The soonest appointment was October 10. I scheduled, was called the morning of October 9 because suddenly the doctor will be out 2 weeks. Tried to call back to reschedule and after waiting 6 minutes on hold I hung up. I move from a much larger community to this community of 25,000 people and had heard warnings of the terrible care and ethics of doctors in this small community of Fallon. I'm disappointed.
