I've personally worked with Steve for over 10 years. He is Kind, Knowledgeable, and Smart man. Anyone who thinks otherwise hasn't worked with him before. I look forward to continue to work with him in the future.

horrible company to deal with. having problems with a product i bought from them. Mr. Yemm is uncooperative, dismissive and won't take responsibility for a faulty product. keeps making excuses-trying to blame our installers etc..had it special made and it came in short. trying to blame the measurements when the tiles are short. I would never deal with this company again. And I am telling the architect who speced the product to never use it again. I will make sure I let people know what an awful company Yemm and Hart is. That they do not stand behind their goods and services. Always excuses....Dont buy any products from them! You might have to go through the horror I am going through.
