Melanie was such a pleasure to work with switching over to Farmers. Her customer service is above and beyond any other companies we have been with. She even hand delivered documents for us to sign after hours so we weren’t inconvenienced with taking off work early. On top of the great customer service she was able to save us money!
Melanie is quite possibly the most patient person I know. When my policy went through several changes all at once Melanie was there every step of the way, even contacting Signal for me when that got screwed up as well. I originally switched to Farmers a few years back when my former home owners refused to repair some storm damage. Melanie listened to my exact wants and needs and adjusted my policy accordingly. She is great and I can't highly recommend her enough.
