Our experience was amazing! We first used Elliott Flooring a few years ago for a smaller job and had a good experience. When we decided to replace the majority of flooring in our home we chose Elliott Flooring once again. The staff in the store is so patient and knowledgeable. We worked with Wayne and he helped us choose from the many selections of flooring that best fit our budget. The selection process was easier when they allowed us to take home samples to help visualize what the flooring would look like in our home. When it came to installation, the installers were courteous, professional, and took care of our home. They called each morning to let us know they were on their way. They arrived on time. When they arrived the first day, they discussed with us their plan for the flooring completion. When they left one evening, they took extra steps to place carpet strips over the tack strips they installed so we, and the dog, wouldn’t step on them overnight. They took such good care when installing that I did not find a single scratch on my recently painted walls. They also cut some carpet squares for us to use as area rugs. They completed the install in the time frame they estimated and everything looks wonderful.nI highly recommend using Elliott Flooring!!

This group is top notch. Professional great quality and good prices. Tiled insert for shower and heated bathroom floor. Carpet for the bedrooms. Love!nnSimply beautiful!
