I have used them twice to pick up old appliances. They are friendly and prompt with scheduling and pickup! Definitely recommend!!

It was fine, but the young lady that was working could not answer questions that I had about the washing machine. I wanted to know how old the machine was, she looked like a deer in the headlights. I think maybe she needs more training. She did help load the washer. The appliances were dirty. I did get the only one that I was not going to have to clean before I used.
