The front office staff was incredibly helpful, understanding and efficient. As we prepare to list our home, we needed a small area in the basement carpeted. We were also on a tight timeline. She quickly navigated an affordable carpeting, asked me to pick out a few options, and gave me a cost estimate based on my measurements. She even reserved a date for install so I could meet my deadline! Amazing customer experience!

Very helpful lady at counter. She spent alot of time working with us pointing out items and what benefits each one had. She let us take a few samples home to see in our house. Created up a estimate for us. Unfortunately we were able able to get any work done do to unexpected medical bills but the first part of the experience was great and would recommend people going in and talking to them if they need floor work information
