Adam and team were great! It was during pandemic, so I was a bit concerned, but they wore masks and did great work. I was glad they were cautious and safe. Replaced my water heater, and a bunch of other repairs as well. Planning to use them again next week for some other wrap-up projects.

Used this company through my warranty company. They did a great job.
Are you ever going to finish this repair job? You diagnosed it twice and then failed to repair it because even though you said it would get done right away, it's not because your only plumber who can do this job is on a long term job. Please do what you said you're going to do and complete the work.
They don’t deserve the one star I’m REQUIRED to give. They NEVER returned my calls nor respond w/in the 24-48 hrs timeframe give by my home warranty company. American Home Shield reached out to them and left messages and they still failed to respond. So unprofessional! The calls were transferred to a cell phone VM. Yesterday the VM would pick up in first ring and today it rings until the VM picks up. Still no response after several messages.
