My daughter rented a trailer and paid for the damage waiver but they would not honor it after she ran over a piece of rebar and had to buy 2 new tires to get the trailer back to them. Said it was neglect when clearly she did not intentionally do it. Accidental damage is not accidental damage in their eyes.
