Aurora Aviation was A Plus and Top notch all around. Having obtained my ratings throughout various schools from the West coast to Dallas, ive seen how good and bad flight schools compare. Aurora is at the top and i have no hesitation in saying that. I obtained my multi engine there, having drove up from TX to MO, and did it in a limited timeline. You always have direct accessibility w their chief pilot CFI Bart (my MEI), & have constant contact w Justin who oversees the operation & makes the calls. Believe it or not, that's rare in the flight school world...Justin will put a complete extremely cost affordable flight package together for you(as he did me), regardless whether youre building time or completing a specific rating, and BOTH Bart and Justin will do their best to exceed your expectations as well as come in under the specified total cost if possible. I can tell you that is EXTREMELY rare in this age of flight training at any of the flight schools ive encountered in my time. The Pros were many...Barts instruction was awesome, the planes were extremely well maintained, the home airport is perfect. You literally can inspect the plane and launch within a couple minutes due to their FULL exclusive accessibility to the airport. Other schools i can unequivocally say will come in 25% higher than Aurora Aviarion in cost to student (due to your sitting at the airport w engine running for 20 min waiting for other GA planes and perhaps jets taking off). Their practice area is literally a 5 min flight away, where as many schools its like 15 at the minimum. I truly enjoyed my short time at Aurora Aviation, the smaller schools is where its at...but ALL schools should try to meet the standards of Aurora,or at the very least strive to keep up and hopefully match them. Thanks you Aurora aviation amd keep doing what youre doing!!

Seth has been training my son how to fly. He is very professional and nice. My son is working on his Private Pilot license. He plans to go to college to become a Commercial Pilot. This airport has been great to us! We highly recommend Aurora Aviation.
