They started a job installing a. walk in shower.. It was suppose to take 1 to 3 days. Ended up to take 4 weeks. Had to go to friends to take showers. They lied to us on things. Wouldn't answer phone calls or call back.
To whom it may concern: We recently has a walk-in tub /shower installed. We cannot say enough about the young men (Will and Cam). They were very diligent in getting the install done, working into the night. They previously had finished a job early so contacted us to scedule a day in advance. Such a good team we talked and had dinner together felt like we knew them our whole lives. We sent food home with them, I would highly recommend your company . Clay & Kerry are some of the kindest, big-hearted and loving people I know. It has been a joy to work for and with them! They genuinely care about their customers and try to work with clients as much as possible.
I left a bad review last year. I deleted it. Maybe some of your work is good from other reviews I read. I was displeased with the job one of your workers did. Wish you would have came and looked it over with me. We left messages at office but never got return call.
We went to Gold's after a moving company tore a hole in our utility room floor when we moved into our new home. Gold's staff were amazing! They came out to assess the repair needed the same day. They even helped deal with the moving company to get the job paid for. They were all consummate professionals and did amazing work! We will be using Gold's for all of our flooring in the future and will strongly recommend them to anyone needing home repair/remodels.
